Patrick McCann is a Central Coast Realtor who prides himself in integrity and a strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Specializing in residential homes and properties, Patrick started his real estate career in 1986 in Pismo Beach. He has been involved in numerous sales that include downtown Pismo Beach lots, condos, houses (including ocean view and ocean front residences), land and 1031 exchanges.
Patrick has a background of private education and personnel management, is a U.S. Army veteran and continues to work part-time with a U.S. defense contractor, visiting military posts throughout the year and supporting our military. A member of the local Knights of Columbus and a long-standing board member of the local Realtor's Professional Standards Committee.
Currently living in downtown Pismo Beach, with his 17 year old daughter, Patrick keeps busy with his real estate career, going to the beach and exploring San Luis Obispo County.
