As CEO of Mission Coast Inc., J.F. DeBetz manages the Realty and Development divisions of Mission Coast, Inc. As a broker J.F. specializes in new homes and investment properties in southern San Luis Obispo County. He started his real estate career as a broker in Colorado in 1997 and has helped many clients invest in personal and investment properties and helped them make hundreds of thousands of dollars in the real estate market. He. has developed an eye for spotting properties that are under valued and helping his clients move quickly to invest.
J.F. has a Bachelors in Mathematics and a Masters in Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado and has worked in the high-tech industry in Colorado and California.
In addition to his duties at Mission Coast, J.F. is also a part-time teacher at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.
J.F. lives in Shell Beach, and enjoys traveling, movie trivia, and driving sports cars.
